The ANTIDOTE to our being in/at/of #TheZoo is #PurposedSpeech ... so, with heart-felt appreciation and these attributions to those who’s artistry I have incorporated: Paul Simon , Rhiannon Giddens , and Vincent Ledvina ( The Aurora Guy ): What I call I nformation T echnology A rtificial I ntellegencia M athematicus (ITAIM) is also much of the content's muse. I say muse, because ITAIM simply transmits the gestalt of what is known, together, In this sense, every viewer is interacting with what they know both a part of and have contributed to. While I may have coined the term #PurposedSpeech, it was ITAIM, and drawing on what is in the OpenAI database, and as calculated by training, that confirmed it. This digital montage is roughly dividable into 4 sections. The first is an auditory mashup of two versions of lyrics for Paul Simon’s “At The Zoo”. All the graphics used in that mashup (but for the “Bookends" album cover are ITAIM generated from the related lyrics, Set/Seth graphic AND poem are all ITAIM generated (I tweaked the poem to be a ‘we’ rather than a ‘they”, and other minor changes, but none-the-less were only improvements of what otherwise was a 20 second creation!). (~7 min.) The second is Paul and Rhiannon, with Rhiannon elevating the “American Song” to a whole ’nother level of performance art. For me this version is a renewed ‘classic’❣️ (~5 min.) The third section is a of channeling Amanda Gorman, and this relative to our active 2nd [“uncivil”] Civil War. With #PurposedSpeech renewed, respected, and responsibly exercised, this thing can end (with the caveat that our ' Spaghetti ’n Waffle ' brain divide (Blue/Red) will render this an easyNOT!) 😉 Working through the quagmire of moral politics within the framework of a covenant relationship is not for the faint of heart⁉️ (~5 min.) The fourth section is initiated with a ITAIM poem regarding the Origin of #PurposedSpeech and the Plymouth Combination, and after the late 1700s and early 1800s, our Mayflower Compact. In this section I get into plain speech concerning #PurposedSpeech (& here , a simple way to get busy exercising it!). This section also folds in the snookering of the ‘clean’NOT! hydrogen economic meme . (~7 min.) As a primer for #PurposedSpeech, consider: 1. Alignment with Founding Principles: The Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, and the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution emphasize the idea of self-governance and the establishment of a government that derives its powers from the consent of the governed. They underscore the importance of individual rights and the role of citizens in shaping the policies and direction of the country. #PurposedSpeech is the class and type of speech that directly fulfills this purpose. 2. Inherent Right of Citizens: #PurposedSpeech is a natural, unalienable, and indefeasible right of citizens to engage in speech that is directly tied to their participation in the democratic process. This participation encompasses a wide range of activities, such as discussing and debating policy issues, and expressing political opinions, and the franchise of suffrage, and qualifying for, and serving in, public office and the militia/military, and petitioning civil political bodies for a redress of grievances, and participating in peaceful protests and demonstrations, and And this for the purpose aforesaid in our Mayflower Compact for humans to, and in covenant bond, (1.) honorably and responsibly engage with government officials and institutions, (2.) whom oversee such civil political bodies’ decision and policy making and governance, (3.) and this under an Oath of Office. 3. Protecting the Democratic Process: The protection of #PurposedSpeech is vital for the health of the democratic process. Citizens must, in covenant bond, have the ability to responsibly communicate, organize, and express their views to shape government policies and hold their representatives accountable. This aligns with the fundamental purpose of the United States' system of government, which is to provide a framework for citizens to responsibly participate in self-governance. 4. Distinct from Corporate Entities: #PurposedSpeech applies exclusively to individual human citizens. Within the framework of law it applies, and is inclusive of our established Constitutional entities and municipal public corporations and the policies, laws, rules and ordinances, and those who serve under an Oath of Office, but in deference to that of the People. Home rule power is at its roots, the power and responsibility of the People. #PurposedSpeech does not apply to state-chartered for-profit corporate entities. does not apply to non-profit corporate entities. does not apply to associations or public or private organizations of any other kind. While for-profit corporate entities may have rights related to commercial speech and other activities, such is very limited relative to the Constitutionally protected #PurposedSpeech” of the People. Theirs is a limited commercial speech those corporate entities can lay some claim to, and this limitation is reflected in the registration and regulation of lobbyists. #PurposedSpeech is an implicit and inalienable category of Constitutionally protected speech. It encompasses the speech and expression of humans for the purpose to responsibly, and in covenant bond, serve the overarching purpose of a democratic society: our better Ordering and Preservation and Furtherance of the Common Good. It's Purpose is that, and as home rule power, is a natural, unalienable and indefeasible right of citizens to honorably and responsibly participate in self-governance. #Purposed Speech is integral to the foundational principles of the United States of America as a democratic society.
